Bas’s garden

A kitchen garden was proposed for this space using raised beds. The main idea was to focus on growing vegetables which will supplement the family meals and to also get members of the household interested in growing their own food. The majority of the space was allocated to raised beds for the various vegetables while a small food forest concept can be planted along the borders compound. The raised beds were made constructed using light weight blocks. We do not really use this material often, but our client liked the idea of the blocks mossing over overtime, forming a more natural look.
